Key action areas: Oversee the full cycle of the hiring process, including job postings/qualifications, sourcing, interviewing, selection and closing.
Facilitate meetings between hiring managers and applicants.
Coordinate the recruitment team with their respective searches.
Manage the recruitment data and carefully monitor their development to determine actionable plans for the improvement of the global process.
Ensure an updated database.
Perform background checks on applicants and identify potential red flags.
Requirements: Bachelor´s degree in a related field.
A Master´s degree will be valued.
At least 2-3 years of experience in recruitment.
Spanish and English bilingual.
Proven experience in delivering against multiple priorities to time and quality in a target-driven environment.
Experience working with an ATS and wider HR Technology.
Direct sourcing experience, in particular, the use of LinkedIn will be a plus.
Detail-oriented with the ability to learn quickly.
Great communication skills.
Condiciones: Contrato indefinido Jornada: 9:00-18:00 con entrada y salida flexible.
Teletrabajo 1 día a la semana.
Zona centro, Castellana.
Salario 27K.
