**Key Responsibilities**:- To develop effective recruiting strategies.- Conduct reference checks and background screenings as needed.- Assist with the development and implementation of employer branding strategies to attract top talent.
**Qualifications**:- Proven experience as a recruiter or in a similar role.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and resume databases.- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and social media recruiting.- High level of discretion and confidentiality.- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business,or a related field is preferred.
**Work Hours**:- Part-time position with flexible hours.- Approximately 20 hours per week.
