We are looking for a Product Manager - Partners to join our Ads & Monetization cluster.
Ads & Monetization is a new team within Glovo tasked with building innovative solutions to help our partners and brands successfully grow their business on Glovo.
Are you a Product Manager who can easily pivot from a big vision to a series of quick experiments to test your key hypotheses that help us build scalable solutions?

Own the product vision & roadmap, monitor and measure the success of the features your team builds while working with a cross-functional team of Data, Design, UXR, and Engineering to bring the best from everyone to the final product.

Ensure strong collaboration and communication across the company and serve as a primary point of contact for internal stakeholders.

You have: 5+ years delivering highly successful, innovative full-stack products.
The ability to build from scratch - define key metrics and success criteria, identify and prioritize high impact features and follow through with growth initiatives to drive those key metrics.
Presentation skills - you are comfortable creating and presenting a compelling vision to senior leadership and company-wide stakeholders, and convincing them that your approach is the right one.
Technical know-how - you have a strong understanding of how software is made and are comfortable working with and influencing engineering teams.
Financial and business acumen - you can build a basic business case and effectively evaluate a comprehensive one.
Leadership - you can motivate your teammates to build amazing products.
You're great at making tough decisions without complete information and keeping everyone on track.
Communication skills - Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
You make complex ideas understandable and craft specs that are easy for multiple audiences to consume.
