In this high impact role, you will work on challenging, growth-focused projects while partnering with stakeholders across the company.As Global Process Owner for Short-Term and Long-Term Incentive, you will be fully responsible for designing and implementing the Short- and Long-Term Programs.Ensure a smooth execution of the Rewards processes in Workday and additional management tools including Vendor Management.Partner with Management, Business, and HR BP to provide strategic and tactical compensation analysis based on the latest market practice.Create training material for Employees, Management, and the HR community.Create close relationships with the global HR and Finance community.Support a cluster of countries in Europe about local Compensation and Benefit activities: structure evaluation, job leveling, benefits, salary proposals, etc.Support the Head of Compensation and Benefits to design the strategic Rewards and Retention programs and communicate to Top management and CEO.Create communication and training material and be responsible for communicating to all the Siemens Gamesa community about the Global Rewards processes.Advise management and employees on all questions related to C&B.Maintain fairness and effectiveness of reward programs for assigned employee groups.Respond to inquiries from the various units.Plan and supervise reward projects, e.G., in case of mergers, acquisitions, or integrations.Perform market benchmark reports and other C&B related analyses and provide them to management.Initiate necessary adjustments of processes in specialist departments
