Through engaging and empowering strategies and initiatives, we aim to ensure our Forkies have the resources and support needed to grow alongside The Fork's business.ResponsibilitiesYou will be responsible for overseeing all the HRBP activities for Iberia (Lisbon, Madrid, and Barcelona offices) with a special focus on the Global Operations area.Your main stakeholders will be our COO and her direct reports at the Director level, as well as Area Managers in the Customer Care hub.Your main focus will be to nurture robust partnerships with your internal customers, understanding their needs and challenges, and ensuring their success at TheFork.You will set the Talent Acquisition, Talent Development, Engagement, and EDI strategy in motion through strong collaboration within the HR community.You will proactively contribute and drive optimization of HR processes, policies, and initiatives.You will be the ambassador for TheFork organizational culture by partnering with business units to drive engagement focus.You will be supporting leaders and their teams in the ongoing work needed to foster EDI at TheFork, modeling the attributes needed to be an inclusive partner and colleague.You will be closely collaborating with the HR Service Delivery team supporting Iberia to manage operational employee issues and provide advice to business leaders on ways to manage each case.You will be accountable for delivering the annual people calendar activities for Iberia, such as Performance management, Compensation cycle, Talent development, Engagement, and to set up follow-up actions.You will be using HR data to identify trends and insights and make informed recommendations.You will be leading specific projects for Iberia, such as the Equality Plan, Flexible Working policy, etc.Profile and Skills RequiredHaving a strong HR foundation and a consultative approach, as well as the curiosity to understand the business objectives.Fast learner, growth mindset, and proactive approach.Skilled in managing complex situations and providing HR guidance to different stakeholders with diverse backgrounds.Metrics-oriented with good analytical skills and a data-driven mindset.Experience in startups, retail, or hospitality environments will be highly valued but is not a requirement.Knowledge in Spanish employment and labor law is a strong plus.Fluent in both Spanish and English.What We Offer YouA temporary contract (March 31st).Competitive fixed salary.Flexible working environment (2 days home office per week, offices in Europe, Argentina, Australia).Health insurance fully covered by the company.Lifestyle benefit program.Complementary time off to spend with your loved ones in your most important moments in life.Lunch vouchers.A happy team.International and inclusive working environment.Continuous learning and development programs (with full access to LinkedIn Learning!
