We're looking for a world-class Credit Product Marketing Lead that'll articulate and drive marketing strategies to promote credit products, as well as communicate the positive impact of Revolut and build trust with customers. Let's get in touch.What you'll be doingCreating a long-term strategy with milestones for marketing credit products.Designing impactful, data-driven quarterly roadmaps to forecast, prioritise, and deliver creative projects that contribute to the Credit department's KPIs.Building and scaling processes to work efficiently across credit product teams and markets with nuanced and localised products and marketing strategies.Leveraging knowledge obtained from proper feedback loops to extract data-driven, actionable marketing performance insights to inform strategy.Immersing yourself in understanding our customers' needs and how our credit features function globally.Creating go-to-market strategies by taking the lead in shaping effective credit launches, providing top-notch creative excellence and flawless execution by coordinating cross-functionally.Briefing creative teams and developing comprehensive audience strategies, crafting value propositions, and orchestrating PR strategies for campaigns.Developing solid cross-functional relationships in a fast-paced environment to effectively bring new products and campaigns to market.Working with our Data Science team to utilise predictive models to better identify target segments and design and execute effective campaigns.What you'll needExperience in either B2B or B2C product, brand, or consumer marketing in a fast-paced environment (preferably in a hyper-growth global tech company).Passion for Revolut's products.Knowledge of markets and the competitive landscape in the fintech or payments industry.Extensive experience setting strategic direction and project managing complex go-to-market campaigns that require input and execution from various teams.A solid track record in consumer marketing and creative acumen, with an understanding of channels, including in-product, digital, PR, and offline activations.Demonstrated ability to analyse and distil data into actionable insights and to inform campaign strategy and product development.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.To be a charismatic, people-person with the ability to talk to anyone and work in a dynamic environment.Experience hiring, managing, and retaining a team of talented, motivated individuals.Nice to haveExpertise in credit, borrowing, and/or regulated products.Building a global financial super app isn't enough.
