Context and Role Summary Position: SCCM Servers CB Monitoring, Production Operations and Health CheckResponsible for configuration, implementation, troubleshooting and maintenance of OS build process for endpoints including laptops, desktops and virtual clients before escalation to L3 TeamsCreate and update global documentation and document relevant systemsSCCM Server distribution monitoringSCCM Distribution Points creation and content updateInvestigating ongoing problems and providing root cause analysis for both performance and stability issues on SCCM CB and escalation to L3 teamsOther duties as assigned by L3 SCCM Infrastructure teamPerform an assessment of Security Patching to determine priority and scope of deploymentEngage with Service Desk and other L2 teams if an update is considered to affect the production populationValidation of all deployment, including security patchingCommunicate to Support teams and Business of any issues with SCCM infrastructureResponsible for Windows 10 upgrade deploymentCreate and update internal documentation (processes, technical)Remediation of Security PatchingSCCM CB Global support on some casesSCCM CB Global boundaries Change Management Professional Skills, Abilities and Experience: Windows 10 Operating system configuration and supportSCCM CB strong knowledge - evidence may be askedManagement, Health, Administration, QueriesGeneral troubleshooting & logs management (Server and Client)Working closely with the relevant technology teams to guarantee service stabilitySQL and WMI good knowledgeSkills in reporting to show compliance and health statusDocument care to ensure that papers are maintained and updated to a high standardSkills in monitoring critical and core services to ensure accurate visibility of issues and potential problemsManage integrations with other toolsets such as ITSM, Software Asset Management and Vulnerability ManagementAdvanced analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities5+ years' experience in a similar environment.
