We are looking for a metrics and process driven game changer to develop and run our Sales Development (Lead Gen) program.
This individual should have a proven track record in hyper-scaling inside sales teams for young companies, including hiring and developing of young sales people through a complete career progression program.
This program includes training, enablement and mentoring.
You will be required to manage your team to an aggressive target and we expect you to overachieve in one of the best opportunities in Europe!

What you'll be doingHiring highly intelligent, driven individuals at the start of their sales careers.Coaching and improving your team's skill sets to create future A-Player sales staff.Collaborate with other departments in order to develop sales strategy for enhancing the company's growth.Effectively create and articulate value selling in various negotiations.Lead a variety of training sessions on a monthly basis, this could range from small group to large group presentations and development sessions.Ensure that the company meets its stipulated growth goals.Assist with pitch development process.Assist in building a high-performing sales process.Develop well-targeted strategies and sales plans.Ensure effective prospecting, up/cross selling, pipeline development.Develop strategies for the allocation of resources for the achievement of given quota.Facilitate and direct the use of resources.Assist the marketing personnel in creating programs and campaigns.Keep track, monitor, and respond to all company's performances related to sales.Develop effective benchmarks for optimum team performance.Must havesExperience in either an SDR Management role, or team leadership.Proven Track Record in over achievement.Experience growing the lead generation team of Sales Development Representatives (SDRs).A metrics driven mindset.Experience discovering individuals with exceptional skills, motivating, training, coaching, and developing the team.At Confluent, equality is a core tenet of our culture.
