What are we looking for? For our specialized team, we are looking for Project Managers with at least 4 years of experience and a certificate as Prince2, APMP, or equivalent formal project management qualification.

Responsibilities: Promotes and encourages good culture and behaviours personally and across the Team, in line with I AM Risk. Ensures all risks and issues have an agreed owner and target resolution dates. Takes responsibility for specific risks and issues, demonstrating what good looks like to other project team members and stakeholders. Progresses specific actions that could minimise or mitigate risks identified (e.g.
conduct risk, operational risk, credit risk etc.)
and ensures 100% completion of mandatory training and any other role-specific training required. Proactively supports the bank in meeting its business, legal, regulatory and stakeholder obligations in respect of Financial Crime Compliance, including identifying, deterring, detecting and disrupting money laundering, sanctions non-compliance, terrorist financing, bribery, corruption and tax evasion risks that arise by way of its activities. Manages and directs the project team and any matrix/extended delivery team, providing clear objectives and tasks in support of delivery of the agreed Business Case. Creates a positive environment within the project team, fostering new ideas and valuing team and stakeholder contributions. Mandatory Requirements: Previous experience in a Project Management role. Strong written and verbal communication skills in English. Strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices, including Business Cases, project planning, stakeholder mapping and communications plans, and risk and issue management. Proven track record of delivery of workstreams of Data programmes (specifically Data Management, Data Privacy & ILM and Data Cloud Migration). Detailed knowledge of a Data & Analytics function within a financial services company. Proven experience of delivery of projects of key pillars of a Data Strategy. Conceptual thinking and working from first principles ability, rather than using a standard prescribed formula. Productive and able to manage time effectively.
