About the Role - We are seeking a Tracker Finance Supervisor to join our team at our Madrid office, supporting our business and projects. Responsibilities - Operational Expense Management: Oversee and manage operational expenses, including annual budget planning, quarterly target setting, and rolling forecasts. Cost Control and Margin Analysis: Monitor and control factory costs to ensure efficiency and alignment with budgetary goals. Conduct project-level Contribution Margin (CM%) analysis to evaluate profitability and identify improvement opportunities. Audit and Compliance: Provide support during local audits, ensuring compliance with applicable standards and regulations. Contract and Procurement Oversight: Review and assess purchase contracts related to material procurement and logistics to ensure cost-effectiveness and alignment with company policies. Finance Coordination: Act as a liaison with headquarters for all finance-related matters, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration. Ad-Hoc Responsibilities: Undertake other finance and operations-related tasks as required to support the organization's objectives. Qualifications - Master's degree in Finance or Accounting. Required Skills - Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience as a Financial Analysis Accountant in a multinational company. Proficient in analyzing and interpreting complex financial data, preparing detailed financial analyses, and performing reconciliations. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including Pivot Tables and Lookups) and other MS Office tools. Preferred Skills - Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage a high workload independently. Highly organized with excellent problem-solving skills and adaptability to dynamic environments. Demonstrated flexibility in managing shifting priorities and a collaborative approach to teamwork.
