Misión: The marketing manager defines and implements the marketing strategy and handles the marketing team for new product launch, planning, budgeting, training for the Healthcare Prescription line. The marketing manager will be responsible for ensuring that market initiatives are aligned with the Healthcare BU strategy, maximizing the current business, and looking for new business opportunities. This role requires full oversight of the marketing strategy, training to the product management team, and execution for the portfolio. The marketing manager sets marketing priorities and strategic promotional direction for selective brands.
Funciones y responsabilidades: Lead and coach the team under his/her responsibility, ensuring the development of team members. Develop and drive ideation, implementation, and execution of effective long and short-term marketing strategies to establish and ensure continuous and sustained competitive advantage and success of assigned products portfolio. Drive the Healthcare Prescription business to the next level, identifying market and business trends, ensuring fit within the strategic pillars defined in the BU. Ensure continuous collaboration with all functions and divisions namely sales, medical, training, and market access teams. Develop omnichannel plans to improve customer impact and experience. Optimize allocation of all resources to brands through active assessment of return on investment. Ensure that development and design of innovative promotional campaigns and business activities comply with relevant acts, legal demands, and ethical standards. Establish a KOL network among the GPs and specialties under his/her responsibility. Ensure a strong customer focus with an upskilled Business Intelligence strategy. Drive an innovation mindset within the BU. Provide reliable sales, costs, and demand forecasts and ensure supply of all products. Foster collaboration and synergies with the OTC business, through the Pharmacy line. Formación: Bachelor's or master's business/science degree. Professional level in Spanish and English, both in oral and written communications.

Business-oriented mindset and operational leadership skills. A clear and confident communicator. Self-driven with proven project management skills. Ability to generate high-quality market analysis and define strategic plans. Experiencia: Minimum 5-6 years of experience in pharmaceutical marketing. In-depth understanding of the Spanish market, Pharma market trends, and competitive landscape.
