ABOUT THE ROLE AND OUR TEAM:
We are looking for a Sales Development Representative to join the team who are responsible for bringing new businesses to sign up with our marketplace, advising them on how advertising on Bodas.Net is going to help market their business to engaged couples.
Our SDR are independent, highly-motivated and can successfully achieve monthly sales goals.
They excel in creating connections, building rapport with business owners and decision makers, and understanding their goals and needs.
The Sales teams build valuable partnerships with local wedding professionals and drive meaningful success to local businesses.
RESPONSIBILITIES:Qualify prospects by understanding their business needs and requirements, and assessing their suitability for our marketplace.Build and manage a pipeline of new business opportunities, ensuring a steady flow of qualified leads to the sales team.Work closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth handover of qualified leads, and provide ongoing support in the sales process as needed.Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and prospect interactions in our CRM system.Book 'demos' for our sales representatives and set these up by liaising with the relevant sales area representative and ensuring their availability in advance.Qualify not only cold prospects but also work on upgrade opportunities for the sales reps by approaching and making regular contact with our free listings.REQUIREMENTS:Hunger to learn the sales business!Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with prospects and customers.Great communication skills and strong telephone manner.Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.Self-motivated and driven to succeed, with a positive and proactive attitude.
