Your contributions will directly influence/impact your colleagues' productivity, making you an integral part of our team.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist with on-boardings and off-boardings, including preparing the required equipment, packaging and handling devices, and helping new starters take up their posts as fast as possible.Manage requests for account, laptop and network servicing and provisioning, ensuring everyone can carry on their tasks with minimal interruptions.Coordinate with Office and Facilities to provide help for some events, and make sure the Office network and A/V equipment run smoothly, and that IT equipment is properly recycled.Support your teammates with Quarterly projects and the IT-Support queue.Collaboration and Team DynamicsYou will work within the IT Ops & Security team, and collaborate closely with all company departments, providing first-line support for anything IT-related. This cooperation is pivotal for achieving our organisational goals and ensuring effective communication and alignment across different areas of the company.Expectations of the roleWithin 30 Days:During the first month, your primary focus will be on familiarising yourself with essential aspects of the role and supporting foundational tasks.Work with the IT Ops & Security team to understand their objectives and workflows.Assist in user lifecycle management, including provisioning of equipment and accounts. Assist with the device stock management, ensuring everything is ready and complies with internal policies.Within 60 Days:By the second month, you'll be expected to take on more complex responsibilities and actively contribute to team/project/strategic initiatives.Coordinate logistics to ensure prompt device delivery for remote onboardings.Assist with technical support requests, including issues with networking, operating systems, and applications.Manage device stock, ensuring all devices are properly tagged and accounted for.Within 90 Days:At the end of the probationary period, you'll be expected to autonomously manage tasks, contribute to strategic planning, and take on leadership roles as appropriate.Autonomously manage all aspects of the user and device lifecycle.Assist with technical support requests as above, both on-site and remotely.Support Office and Facilities with A/V equipment.Assist with internal IT projects.RequirementsAll about youPreferably 1 year of experience in IT Support.Experience in systems/network administration or related roles is preferred but not necessary.Demonstrate understanding of security principles, practices, and relevant regulations.Familiarity with Mac, Linux and Windows operating systems is advantageous
