Since 1967, the company has offered affordable land, cruise, and river cruise tours to the most popular destinations around the world!Summary:The Senior Product & Revenue Manager will act as the highly critical right-hand for leadership of the Product Team at Europe Express. This role will report into the Director of Product and Revenue Management. This role is an analytical role that demonstrates data insights to drive decisions for the EE product portfolio.What You Will Be Doing:Manage the contracting team by understanding priorities, blockers, and where they need help.Connect with the Director of Product and Revenue Management for status updates or areas of concern.Empower the team to ensure in case of any changes on the contracts, they are still tailored to the company's needs and review the legality before raising to Director of Product and Revenue Management.Prioritize the implementation of hotel contracts through our Channel Manager platforms.Analyze and review current EE product portfolio and recommend areas to improve product depth and breadth with guidance from Director of Product and Revenue Management.Work with contractors and 3rd party suppliers to get new products identified and added to the EE product portfolio.Develop reporting capabilities in conjunction with the analytics team to provide Contractors with the information needed to have productive performance reviews with suppliers.Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to develop pricing and packaging strategies that drive customer acquisition and retention.Regularly partner with Marketing and Sales to provide insight into the product portfolio.
