Pico's culture is problem-solving oriented and customer-centric; this role will be a keycontributor to maintaining our unique position in the XR hardware market.As Marketing Communications Manager, you will have the opportunity to join the quickly growing EMEA marketing team and shape the communications strategy for both our B2B and B2C businesses. You will deliver top-quality marketing campaigns to raise awareness of the Pico brand in key markets and create compelling marketing collateral to support the Pico commercial team.Responsibilities:Define and execute the EMEA marketing communication plan to support the growth of the Pico brand in line with business objectives.Develop knowledge and understanding of the brand for product launches, promotional propositions and strategic partnerships.Lead and drive ATL & BTL strategic campaigns with excellence across focus areas and partner with cross-functional teams.Manage Pico social media content and influencers.Manage creative agency relationships to deliver top quality assets across multiple markets in multiple languages and in good time.Support Pico's presence at key industry events & trade shows.Qualifications:Experience in social media and digital advertising.Experience in project and brand management.Experience working with external agencies and managing cross-functional stakeholders.Experience driving creative development (i.E. writing briefs, evaluating work, budgeting production, etc).Excellent presentation and written communication skills.Native-level English; German speaker is a plus.Experience in channel/trade marketing is a plus.ByteDance is committed to creating an inclusive space where employees are valued for their skills, experiences, and unique perspectives.
