David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a multinational financial services company specializing in online trading who is seeking to onboard an English-speaking Affiliate Manager to join their team.

Remuneration: Base salary + bonuses.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Recruit/look for new Affiliates/IBs and maintain relationships with current Affiliates/IBsMaintain/monitor affiliate programs and activitiesCommunicate with clients to answer questions and resolve issuesSearch for Affiliate/Traffic networks and negotiate with them to cooperate with the affiliate programNegotiate contracts with new affiliates or renew existing agreements with existing partnersCreate proposals for new affiliate relationships based on estimated returns on investment (ROI)Monitor affiliate websites for fraudulent activity or policy violations such as spamming or publishing confidential informationReview sales reports to determine if campaigns are producing results or need to be improved/discontinuedAnalyze demographic data and statistics to identify emerging markets and opportunitiesCoordinate with the creative team in order to prepare the conversion promo materials for Affiliates for specific GEOWrite marketing briefs to develop assets for campaigns and initiate new campaign ideas/bonus offers for affiliatesRepresent the company at international events (exhibitions, meetups, seminars, etc.)REQUIREMENTS:Fluent in English, both oral and writtenAt least 1-2 years' experience in an Affiliate Manager roleDegree in Marketing, Digital Media, Media Buying or related field is considered a plusProven experience in Affiliate Marketing from FX brokersDeep understanding of affiliate and partner marketing channelsExceptional planning and project management skillsKnowledge of affiliate networksAble to work independently and meet tight deadlinesDetail-oriented with an ability to multitaskExcellent communication and interpersonal skills (both oral and written), curious and positive attitudeProficiency working with Microsoft Office package (Excel)Ability to travel to conferences and/or team meetings in other locations when neededBENEFITS:Excellent remuneration package based on experience, skills and performanceBe part of a dynamic multilingual, multicultural and creative team with a positive and friendly atmosphereWorking schedule is Monday to Friday, 09 AM - 06 PMService AgreementGuidance and tools to reach your full potential
