You will be responsible for managing all access to client sites, adhering to both client-specific and legal requirements. Additionally, a basic understanding of occupational risk prevention is essential.What kind of work will you be doing?Coordination of accesses to client facilities with operations teamMaintain all online CAE platforms documentation up-to-dateKeep track of internal and external needs regarding documentationKeeping all the workers Health and Safety documentation updated.Managing all the legal documents with the subcontractors and customersRepresenting the Company in the Safety Coordination Activities Customer's.Review of online CAE platforms and documents according to criteria established by clients.Support external and internal customers and subcontractors.Project status control: Start and end, employees and companies involved. H&S Plans preparation.Ensure proper EHS record keeping.Provide full responsiveness to internal & external customer.Attend the required trainings and meetings when held.Inform of required trainings and platform document coordination changesWhat would be the perfect qualifications?Experience in Health and Safety is desirable.A desirable minimum experience of 6 months in the Coordination of Business Activities requested documentation.Familiarity with CAE platforms such as E-Coordina, Dokify, E-gestiona, or Ctaima is also advantageous.Additional RequirementsLanguages: Spanish (mandatory), English B1 level (desirable).Microsoft office.
