BE A PART OF A TEAM WHERE YOU WILL:Manage a super-team of 11-15 people leading the areas of Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, Legal, Analytics, etc.Hands-on mentality working closely with Operations Directors and being aware of the nature of the business.Perform people ERP installation to help cover the necessary HR areas (e.g., people management, payroll and benefits, talent management, legal compliance, analysis and reporting).Understand legal regulations to ensure operational efficiency and compliance with company guidelines and governmental regulations.Work closely with the COO and attend directors/managers committees to define the company's strategy.Develop the departmental structure for the successful achievement of objectives with a focus on national/international expansion.Integrate processes and workflows for the correct growth of the company on the basis of solid and structured pillars.Design the strategy for personnel evaluations and modifications of the HR infrastructure.Standardise HR processes and protocols across all the departments, advising and leading on labour agreements, negotiations, hiring, labour costs, employee relations, assessments, training, etc.Lead the HRBPs and Talent Acquisition Teams in order to set the basis for their work and ensure that the objectives set by the organisation are accomplished.Lead and develop a team of 600+ staff ensuring the best working environment and fostering the client's culture and its pillars/principles.Provide and work on the tools/structure to ensure the company is compliant with labour regulations (i.e., PRL; HR softwares; etc.).Work on the relationship strategy with Directors, Area Managers, and Store Managers to ensure the smooth running of operations.Work together with the lawyer on all labour issues that are necessary for the correct development of the activity.Align the company with industry best practices, benchmarking wages and exchanging ideas that resolved labour law issues.Oversee directly multiple departments and areas of responsibility: Operations, Finance, Legal, Growth, Brand, Tech, etc.Get into details, deep dive and problem solve.
