Mission of the roleYou will implement OEM contracts and its launch plan in the territory to assure excellent service relations, act entrepreneurial with OEM HQ, dealers, and follow up meetings with NSC and installers. Adapt training and marketing materials to local needs, open new business opportunities in OEM, Dealer Group, and local installers. Update and analyze KPI reports and propose improvements. Select Monitor Dealer and build up relations. Provide product and service advice to existing customers. Handle expansions, issues, and updates in the customer project. Cooperate support and admin with partners.
You will (sales activities)Follow up all new leads on a daily manner and create new leads within own segment and Sales Region via telephone contact and email.Sell Wallbox solutions fitted to the potential customer needs.Qualify leads into new opportunities following defined qualification criteria.Create quotes to new opportunities or handover and support installation partner in creating quotes.Close sales opportunities and quotes.Build relationships with key customer contacts.Update the sales process in Salesforce.Keep Salesforce up-to-date and document customer service actions and communications.RequirementsAround 5 years of experience in a (Key) Account Management role.
Experience in EV business and launch plans implementation.
Knowledge of specific EV market characteristics in the territory.
Proven ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects at a time.
Ability to lead and/or motivate others around you, self-motivated.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Spanish and/or another language would be a plus.
Eligibility to work in the EU.
