Provide accurate and timely information about available options, pricing, and terms.Booking Management: Process bookings efficiently using booking systems or software, ensuring accuracy in details such as dates, boat types, amenities, and any special requests.Reservation Handling: Handle boat reservations, including confirming bookings, issuing booking confirmations, and processing payments or deposits as required.Sales Assistance: Assist customers in choosing the most suitable options based on their needs and budget, upselling additional services or amenities where appropriate.Product Knowledge: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the products and services offered, including boat types, facilities, and promotional offers, to effectively communicate with customers and address their inquiries.Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service throughout the booking process, addressing any questions or concerns promptly and professionally. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, or special requests with care and efficiency.Requirements:Excellent communication and customer-oriented approach.Solution and result-driven person.Flexible, easygoing, and adaptable team player with a positive 'can-do attitude'.Fluent in English, Dutch, and German.Additional Information:27 vacation days per year.Permanent contract.Home office-like working option (5 days per quarter).ESOP plan (share of the company profit) + quarterly bonus (depending on individual performance).10% Discount for renting a boat.Office in Plaza Urquinaona with amazing views!Working in an international and friendly environment.Team events!Dog-friendly office.Please note: This position is on-site.
