Job Description:
Numberly is seeking a Marketing Sales Lead to oversee the DACH markets. The role will initially be based in Paris for 9 to 12 months, before relocating to Germany, while maintaining close collaboration with our international offices.
Responsibilities:
i) Play a pivotal role in driving projects and initiatives in the DACH region, and take leadership of our client portfolio within this market.

Generate leads through prospecting activities: discovery calls, meetings, attending trade shows and events (Dmexco, d3con, others), proactively engage with German professional associations like the OWM.Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.Identify and secure Request for Proposal (RFP) opportunities in the German market, and manage the preparation and submission of proposals. Qualifications:
Master's degree (business school, university).
6+ years of professional experience in Digital Marketing in an agency or advertiser.
Native speaker in German.
Bilingual or fluent in English; French is a plus.
Experience managing and coaching teams.
Strong interest in digital marketing and developing a client portfolio.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
Both analytical skills and creativity.
Passionate about analyzing and measuring efficiency.
Service-oriented.
Excellent multitasking skills.
Very good computer skills (G Suite).
Strong team collaboration skills.
