What will I be doing? Overseeing and issuing contracts of employment, amendment letters, ad hoc salary and bonus letters.Responsible for the Onboarding / Offboarding activities: facilitate HR Induction for new starters, setting up exit interviews or enrollment to benefits.Accountable for the monthly payroll management, working alongside Finance to meet deadlines related to this (This will be subject to review due to an ongoing project related to Payroll).Minute taking during HR related meetings such as Disciplinary / Capability investigations / meetings.Potentially acting as the HR representative during the meetings.Support in optimizing new processes and tools in order to provide a great employee experience.Working on Local HR projects to assist with the People Ops strategy.What do we need from you? 1 year of previous HR experience, preferable in a fast-paced changing environment.Strong ability to take initiative and deliver results.Fluency in both Spanish and English.
