Location : Barcelona, Spain Key Responsibilities : Develop and implement strong inventory policy, strategy and governance including response actions to any issues identified.
Measure and improve the processes related to cross-plant, supply network, multiple distribution processes to ensure the availability of product for any internal / external customer for the items within his/her scope.
Validate & maintain all planning parameters with the plants & logistics.
Challenge and validate site parameter reviews; escalating plants that deviate from global practices.
Review all planning parameters with data owners to achieve a feasible plan and optimal inventories.
Drive plant teams to adhere to global standards ensuring minimal stock outs and close to zero overstock.
Work with all other planning teams at the plant level to ensure inventory targets are met.
We Value : Bachelor degree in a business, scientific or supply chain discipline.
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in analytics, supply planning, DRP, Materials planning, Demand Planning, or Inventory Management.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team and influence others to move towards consensus.
Ability to work independently and effectively under pressure with changing priorities and deadlines.
Excellent analytical skills.
Good communication and relationship building skills in English (required), French (a plus).
Excellent computer skills necessary (Excel, Word, Access, VBA, python).
SAP ECC is required and Advance Planning System SAP APO, Kinaxis, o9, OMP or similar is preferred.
APICs or DDMRP DDPP is a plus.
