What you'll do In this role, you will be the interface and the point of contact between the Business Process Outsourcing delivery team and the Care by Volvo organization.
You will be following up on inquiries and performing timely escalation to applicable parties for swift resolution.
Responsibilities include:
Perform judgement-based issue resolution of inquiries relating to in-scope OTC processes such as:Processing of customer creditMonitoring invoicing processesProcessing of deductions, returns, and discountsApplication and allocation of incoming paymentsAnalysis of overdue invoices and performing dunningManagement of customer inquiries & reclamationsOTC closing activitiesYou will have the opportunity to manage projects in specific areas.
Furthermore, in this role, you will be monitoring rule-based activities performed by a Shared Service Center (SSC).
You will be securing correct accounting principles and compliance with national and international laws and regulations.
