You will complete 18 months of training, based on three experiences designed to give you the shop floor insights, cross-functional insights, and international insights you need for your first management role. As part of each 6-month experience, you will have specific learning assignments and on-the-job projects. After successfully completing the training program, you will onboard in a role that we identify together, based on your performance in the earlier experiences. Exactly what accountabilities you will have will be defined by the key performance indicators for the role.
