This role requires a strategic leader with a proven track record in managing large teams, negotiating with unions and works councils, and driving organizational changes that optimize productivity and supply chain efficiency.Key ResponsibilitiesImplement the industrial strategy defined by the company.Direct/indirect hierarchical management of large teams. A Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) or Engineering Management is a plus.Minimum of 10 years of experience in plant management within an industrial setting, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.Extensive experience in managing complex production processes within the metal industry, including familiarity with metal fabrication, machining, and finishing operations.Proven experience leading large teams of 150+ employees, driving engagement and performance.Demonstrated experience negotiating with unions, works councils, and other employee representative bodies.Strong knowledge of supply chain management, including inventory control, logistics, and production planning.Track record of successfully leading organizational change initiatives, with a focus on productivity optimization and process improvements.Very high proficiency in English, both spoken and written, is mandatory. Must be able to effectively communicate complex ideas, negotiate at high levels, and interact with international stakeholders.Location: BURGOS
