Key Requirements Successfully passed the GCE A/L examination or experience in sales & marketing with certificate level qualification.
Minimum 2 years' experience in field sales, preferably in spare parts sales or automotive industry.
Previous experience and qualifications in dealer management will be advantageous.
Possess good analytical skills and knowledge of computer skills (MS Excel, Word, PPT).
Good negotiation skills and commitment to working long hours as per requirement.
Key Duties and Responsibilities Achieve annual sales target while maximizing profitability and visit parts dealer network to sort out their operational problems relating to AMW.
Awareness of competitor activities/products and discuss the data with the regional manager or strategic management team to facilitate necessary strategic planning.
Organize & conduct promotional/after sales service campaigns as per annual/monthly promotion plan.
Handle promotional inquiries with the support of dealers and organize & conduct promotional/after sales service campaigns.
Meet service managers and service staff and maintain good relationships.
Attend regular sales meetings and coordinate the dealers for meetings whenever required.
Handle inventory and debt collection of the dealers and provide monthly updates for the parts requirements.
