You are the single point of contact for quality in the business unit Barcelona, ensuring business unit compliance to procedures and systems, GDP, applicable regulations, and guidelines for OTC, food supplements, medical devices, and cosmetics.Main Responsibilities: Responsible for overall Quality management system implementation within the business unit.Responsible for self-inspection program and audit readiness for Internal/external audits.Ensure that training systems are properly managed and applied in the business unit.Ensure business unit team members are following processes for projects, change management, artwork approval, and all quality processes.Communicate quality requirements with distributors.Draft, review, and approve quality distribution agreements.Ensure Quality Technical Agreements are updated and approved.Lead all local investigations regarding defected products at Distributors and in the market and resolution of quality issues that may affect consumer safety, regulatory compliance, customer satisfaction, and operational performance.Oversee and review any rework activities done at distributor level.Quarantine stock where there is doubt on assurance of quality, safety, and efficacy of finished products to be sold.Review/approve and report on a monthly basis the change control, non-conformity process, complaints, and CAPA follow-up in the Business unit.Perform Quality management review to communicate with BU leadership team quality KPIs, main quality issues, and improvement project/opportunities
