Position Summary We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Scrum Master to join us.
The Scrum Master will help everyone understand Scrum and enable greater agility both within the team(s) and across the organization.
The Scrum Master will be accountable for the Scrum Team's effectiveness as they help team(s) to improve how they work together to create value on an ongoing basis.
Key Responsibilities:
Coach, mentor and train the team members in self-management, cross-functionality and continuous improvement.Support agile engineering practices such as pair programming, CI/CD, automated testing, TDD, vertical slicing, etc.Ensure that Scrum Events are productive and effective.Make transparent and influence the removal of impediments to the Scrum Team(s).Focus on creating high-value small increments that meet the Definition of Done.Support the team(s) & PO with techniques for effective Product Backlog management.Lead, train and coach the organization in their Scrum adoption.Requirements:
In-depth understanding of agile principles and practices, particularly Scrum.Understanding of modern software development practices and techniques (e.g., TDD, BDD, DevOps, etc.
).CI/CD knowledge/experience.Strong coaching and mentoring skills.Practical experience of servant-leadership in agile teams.Relocation: Offer under local terms and conditions, no relocation to Valencia provided.
