The global scale-up is devoted to developing state-of-the-art electric vehicle charging solutions and, as part of their success to date, the business is seeking a Key Account Manager to assist with their growing pipeline of partners and customers. This individual will be joining an ever-growing multilingual team and will assist in bringing in new business as well as developing and improving relationships with existing partners.
Responsibilities Include:Connecting with high-level global automotive decision makersBringing in new business opportunities with OEMs, Dealer Groups, and Independent Automotive PartnersImplementing Automotive OEM contracts and monitoring market implementation to ensure quality serviceBecoming a focal point between local teams and global partnersEncouraging improvement by monitoring and analysing KPI reportsManaging partners' needs by adapting training and marketing contentIdentifying and targeting OEM vehicle and market launches by gaining a specialist understanding of the global automotive and EV industriesProviding product and service advice to existing customersGenerating new leads through existing long-term accountsBuilding new close sales opportunities and generating quotesManaging daily activities in company CRM systemsCommunicating updates to the Head of Automotive accountsJob Requirements:Bilingual in English AND German (Professional Proficiency)3-5 years' experience in Key Account Management or Automotive sales (Tier 1)Experience in EV industry and high-level salesPreferably has experience in a start-upKnowledge of EV market traits in Europe and APACProven multi-tasker and ability to manage multiple accountsA "hunter", with proficiency in LinkedIn Sales NavigatorAbility to motivate and lead othersAn analytical and data-driven approach to work
