About the job
As the OTC Master Data you will support the business with all its Master Data needs and act as the first point of contact for updates and modifications.
You will be responsible for the timely and accurate creation (data entry), maintenance, and optimization of our customers in SAP.
You will work in cooperation with various internal departments such as Sales and Procurement to handle any queries raised through the ServiceNow ticketing system.
Additionally, you will participate in various projects associated with new tools to handle Master Data (MS Dynamics for Customers and Oracle OTM for Transport planning).
In this role, you will get the chance to gain an in-depth understanding of the inner workings of RHI Magnesita while performing a fundamental role in its business processes.
Your tasks will include: Daily customer master data requests (creations, changes)Mass uploads (preparation of templates, data analysis)Transport management system master data requests (rates, equipment, locations, regions, customer profiles)About You

What we expect from you in terms of: Education
- A bachelor's degree in Business Administration or similar
Languages
- English - Proficient/Fluent
- Any other language is considered an asset
Work Experience
- Few years of relevant professional experience
- Experience with ServiceNow, MS Dynamics, Evolv, OTM would be a plus
- Experience working with Power BI and Analytics would be a plus
