You will work on investment opportunities for Data Centers processes.Responsibilities:Perform the economic and financial analysis and valuation of investment and divestment projects, in collaboration with business development, financing, taxation, external advisors and partners.Build, develop and work with financial models that guide decisions in acquisition, bidding, and financing processes.Conduct sensitivity analyses and develop various cases to test the robustness of financial structures under multiple scenarios and report the results to Ferrovial's senior management, investment partners, and other relevant parties.Prepare specific "ad hoc" studies relevant to senior management decision-making.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Mathematics, or Engineering (with subsequent finance-related training) and a strong interest in investment analysis and project finance.Expertise in developing financial models for infrastructure investments, Visual Basic programming, financing structures
