You will be responsible for setting marketing targets, driving strategic insights, and ensuring our analytics platform supports full funnel use cases. Your leadership will ensure we leverage data-driven insights to guide our marketing efforts, aligning them with the company's strategic goals.ResponsibilitiesAnalytics Platform Development: Lead the development and maintenance of a strong analytics platform, utilizing tools such as SFDC, AWS and Power BI, to support state-of-the-art full funnel marketing use cases. Ensure the platform delivers actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making across the marketing function.Insights Generation: Translate data into actionable insights to inform marketing strategies and decision-making. Provide regular reports and dashboards on key performance indicators (KPIs) and marketing ROI. Identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement in marketing campaigns and initiatives.Hygiene and Funnel Measurement: Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security. Own attribution and scoring models. Implement advanced analytics techniques, including predictive modeling, segmentation, and attribution analysis.Market Insights: Generate and leverage market insights to stay ahead of industry trends and competitive dynamics. Own TAM and use it to guide strategic business decisions. Create benchmarks and factor into business analysis to give a complete picture of our performance within the market.Target Setting: Own marketing KPIs, target setting and performance monitoring. Define and establish clear marketing targets that align with our business objectives, ensuring measurable outcomes for all marketing initiatives.Collaboration and Communication: Partner with marketing, sales, product, and finance teams to align on goals and share insights. Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership and stakeholders. Collaborate with external partners and vendors for data acquisition and technology solutions
