We are looking for an ambitious and talented profile to join our Marketing Department as Senior Brand Manager Carbonell Spain in Rivas, Madrid - Spain. As Senior Brand Manager Carbonell Spain, you will be responsible for a truly iconic brand with almost 160 years of history, and the #1 olive oil brand in Spain. Your mission will be to lead the definition of the brand's strategic agenda for the country, as well as the execution of all the initiatives of the marketing plan, reporting to the Marketing Director of the Business Unit. You will have a key role in all the brand building initiatives, leading the communication strategy for Spain and closely collaborating with the Carbonell Brand Coalition in terms of innovation, packaging changes, sustainability projects, etc.; while being fully responsible for all in-market execution initiatives. Main activities and responsibilities: Definition of the 3-year strategic brand plan, including the definition of objectives and the main levers of the marketing mix. Management of the brand's P&L, with responsibility for the achievement of volume and gross margin targets. Definition and execution of the brand's communication strategy, both in the long and short term, and develop all assets needed to bring the strategy to life. Development of innovation projects aligned with the strategic plan, in collaboration with all related departments (global innovation, global marketing, quality, regulatory). Analysis and monitoring of brand performance at consumer and internal sales level, as well as the evolution of the main competitors. Ability to work on a GLOCAL model of responsibility, hand in hand with Global Marketing and Carbonell Brand Coalition teams. Constant collaboration with the Trade Marketing and Commercial team to ensure the achievement of commercial and point of sale objectives
