Overview:You are independent, empowered, and responsible for overseeing a range of projects and campaigns in market, tailored to raise brand awareness and attract new customers. You will work closely with the rest of the marketing team in Europe to track the impact of our marketing initiatives and deliver insights to inform our strategy. In your day-to-day, you will manage the execution of marketing projects from start to finish, such as developing sponsorship events and client gifting. A big part of your work is about measuring the impact marketing has on sales. This means you will own and roll out measurement frameworks across the marketing organization in Europe and then present these to sales. You will partner and work closely with marketing events, digital marketing, and sales teams to turn marketing leads into sales opportunities.
What you'll do:Activate sponsorship, including conferences, events, ad placements, and promotional efforts; serve as point of contact for external relationships with industry organizations and publishers.Understand the complete impact of our marketing initiatives on the lead funnel including inquiries, Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs), and Sales Accepted Opportunities (SAOs), providing insights into the programs/channels that are driving conversions.Own execution of the European Client Gifting program and budget, including maintaining our Client Storefront and planning, executing, and measuring our annual Holiday Gifting program.Understand our European client and prospects database and key accounts to track what programs are increasing engagement.Present insights to European sales leadership to determine which programs drive better leads for the business. This includes running a monthly measurement meeting integrating results from digital, sponsorships, events, and identifying what's working best.Work closely with sales teams to optimize the effectiveness of our lead flow, understanding lead scoring and lead nurturing processes in our database, Marketo, and Salesforce.Be responsible for one direct report who will be based in France.Who you are:Proven experience as a marketing generalist, marketing analytics, performance marketing, or demand generation in B2B marketing or digital advertising.Proficient in Salesforce and Marketo or a similar tool.Skilled in driving collaboration among cross-functional teams with a solid track record in customer engagement and sales collaboration.Outstanding verbal and written communication skills to translate data into clear storylines that can be leveraged by the cross-functional team (digital, creative, sales, commercial activation).Ability to thrive in uncertainty across multiple stakeholders.Proficient in English.#LI-PR1
