DescriptionIRC222801 – SENIOR IN-HOUSE LAWYER (SPAIN)At Eni, we are looking for a Senior In-house lawyer within Eni Plenitude Renewables Spain SLU in Madrid, Spain. You will be responsible for assisting the development teams on all legal topics arising during the development: land lease agreements, agricultural agreements, permits and licenses, joint ventures.About Eni Plenitude Renewables Spain SLUPlenitude is an energy company that integrates the retail business and renewable generation with self-consumption and electric mobility solutions, providing energy and gas to more than 10 million homes and businesses across Europe, which offers a range of great professional opportunities for the whole team.This membership represents a major European project integrating the renewables business with the retail business and will allow us to progressively increase our offer of services, infrastructures, and green energy for our customers, providing our team with greater professional projection and growth.Responsibilities:Drafting and negotiation of EPC and O&M contracts.Assisting the teams for all legal contingencies arising during the construction and operation of the assets.Corporate: secretarial services of the 20 Spanish companies of the group, attend BoD meetings.Qualifications:Lawyer experience.Experience in the renewable energy sector.Experience in Corporate or Mercantile law and experience in the management of proceedings.Lawyer experience, especially in Spain.Substantial experience in the renewable energy sector.
