Our client, a leading managed service provider in the field of IP, Enterprise Networks as well as security is seeking a Service Manager to join their team.
This role is critical in ensuring that customers receive exceptional service, with a focus on managing inquiries, escalation management, and providing top-tier customer support.
Responsibilities: Manage and resolve customer inquiries, ensuring timely and effective responses.Handle customer escalations, ensuring all issues are addressed and resolved efficiently.Lead the customer support team, ensuring service standards are met or exceeded.Collaborate with internal teams to drive improvements in customer satisfaction and service delivery.Ensure smooth service delivery, working with both technical and non-technical customers.Skills/Must have: Fluent in German and English (ability to engage with a diverse range of customers).Proven experience working in an ISP (Internet Service Provider) or MSP (Managed Service Provider) environment.Strong background in managing customer inquiries and escalation management.Exceptional communication and leadership skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment.Salary: €75,000
