The Senior Business Analyst plays a lead role in designing, developing, and ensuring the system performance is scalable and available. The Senior Business Analyst is responsible for gathering requirements for the implementation of functions solution, taking into consideration the future goals of the business and the overall IT solution architecture. The Senior Business Analyst works closely with key users and management to understand, improve, and implement business requirements.
