The Senior Business Analyst plays a lead role in designing, developing, and ensuring the system performance is scalable and available. The Senior Business Analyst is responsible for gathering requirements for the implementation of functions solution, taking into consideration the future goals of the business and the overall IT solution architecture. The Senior Business Analyst works closely with key users and management to understand, improve, and implement business requirements. The Senior Business Analyst has an understanding of the overall direction and requirements of Zimmer Biomet's business concerning products, customer needs, quality, distribution requirements, and sales goals.
As many implementations and changes to existing processes are managed as projects, the Senior Business Analyst will be responsible for leading small to medium-sized projects (including project budget and resources) and working with external vendors (e.g., consultants).
