Head Of FP&A | (PY742)Barcelona, CataloniaAdevinta Spain is looking for a Head of Financial Planning & Analysis to join an organization that is embarking upon a significant transformation.
This role is pivotal to maximizing financial performance of our Vertical Business Units (Real Estate, Motor, Jobs & Miscellaneous) and cross functions (Sales, Tech, Product, HR & Finance).
The Head of FP&A acts as a trusted and strategic business advisor and gatekeeper, and will be responsible for driving all Finance deliverables for our Business.Your main responsibilities will be:Responsible for the management of operating multi-million business lines.Lead end-to-end planning, budgeting, forecasting and reporting cycles, preparing timely and accurate information and insights to the CFO.Provide day-to-day financial management, including process development, scenario planning & modeling and presentations, to support finance business partners and business stakeholders to understand and drive top and bottom-line business performance, identifying risks and opportunities and offering solutions.Understand and propagate key levers to deliver optimized and sustainable business growth.Build strong working relationships with corporate controllership and planning teams, and collaborate to deliver structured, high quality accurate financial reporting on the basis of streamlined processes.Lead local execution of global FP&A transformation initiatives.Lead a team of 10+ FTEs, including four Senior Business Partners, developing teams and peers: honing business partnering skills, delegating effectively, fostering tenacity & rigor.Qualifications:Well-rounded finance leader with extensive and relevant FP&A experience in a publicly listed company; proven operational finance capability; forecasting, relevant control & compliance experience.Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Business Administration or Economy.Agile problem solver with ability to simplify and communicate complex problems in a clear and concise way.Proven track record to successfully partner and influence at different levels of organization.Successful in leading teams, also in times of change, showing leadership behaviors including influencing, strategic thinking and organizational development; growth mindset and solution-focused.Ability to independently manage and deliver outputs, including managing stakeholders' expectations and junior colleagues.Prioritize and deliver in fast-moving, global environment with tight deadlines.Good working knowledge of finance systems / reporting / consolidation tools.Excellent oral and written communication, interpersonal & problem-solving skills.Excellent Google and Microsoft suite skills (advanced in Excel and Google Slides).Fluent in Spanish & English, written and spoken.Knowledge of technology or classifieds business is a plus.Ambition to develop personally and professionally, grow within and beyond this role.#J-18808-Ljbffr
