.The Position We seek an experienced and highly passionate Content Marketing Coordinator with a strong background in content marketing and e-commerce to coordinate the development and execution of our global content strategy. You should be an exceptional content thought leader, creative yet analytical, with solid project management/ editorial skills and demonstrable success in creating and launching full-funnel content journey campaigns and bringing customer success stories to life. You will focus on content/campaign strategy development, editing, implementation, and performance measurement to drive engagement, brand awareness, traffic, and revenue growth for the enterprise. Tasks & Responsibilities Supervise the editorial process, ensuring high-quality content through rigorous editing and proofreading to improve our brand consistency and gold-standard content quality. Project manage the workflow for requesting, creating, editing, publishing, migrating, optimizing, and retiring content/campaigns on-site/off-site. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including SEO, Social Media, PR, and Performance Marketing, to ensure a cohesive and consistent content approach across all channels. Review and provide constructive feedback on content drafts submitted by in-house team members. Coordinate internal resources to develop and execute global campaigns, including campaign calendars, workflows, timelines, asset development/ editing, budget tracking, meetings, brainstorms, distribution, quality control, and reporting. Organize creative team monthly/quarterly plans to produce high-quality/engaging content through the website, SEO, Social, EDM, PR, and other channels. Collaborate with developing creative, event, partnerships, social, and influencer programs as needed. Collaborate with the creative team on branding, messaging, and positioning optimisation. Liaise with the IT team to improve/troubleshoot content systems back-end and tools. Train and develop resources to deliver gold-standard creative and content tasks following content marketing strategy. Research and test new content formats and channels to increase brand awareness and generate demand. Define and track key metrics for content marketing success; regularly evaluate content/campaigns performance regarding views, keyword rankings, conversions, and ROI. Provide direction and ensure brand consistency on global campaigns, copy, visuals, and asset creation. Deep dive into data to develop and coordinate process and content improvement projects with internal and cross-department stakeholders to improve cross-vertical/cross-locale efficiency. Conduct competitor/industry analyses, audience segmentation, and post-marketing campaign reviews to improve content planning and targeting. Qualifications 5+ years of content marketing experience, focusing on content planning, editing, conversion, and distribution, preferably in an e-commerce or agency environment
