Electronic Arts (EA) is looking for a Brand Manager with five or more years of experience in brand strategy and product marketing. You will sit within the Global Brand Management team reporting to the Brand Director and will be an essential contributor in developing brand strategy for EA & Motive's exciting portfolio. You will bring your expertise in brand strategy, product marketing, and community development strategy so we can excel at imagining and building the best possible brand experience for all our players. Key Responsibilities: Support the long-term brand positioning, identity, and creative direction of Motive's projects, partnering with important partners at Studios and across Marketing and Publishing teams. Help shape the definition of our players and their associated needs and motivations to inform marketing strategies. Partner with consumer insights in conducting player research and market trends to identify opportunities and challenges in the game and to improve brand experience based on those findings. Support Brand Director in briefing marketing teams to produce a creative and campaign strategy for the game, guiding those strategies into execution with game, brand, and creative vision aligned. Qualifications: Five years experience with brand management, community strategy, and product marketing. Project management and coordination with multiple marketing teams and external partners.
