MULTINATIONAL COMPANY IS LOOKING FOR A PRE-SALES SOLUTIONS CONSULTANT POSITION DESCRIPTION- Will be responsible for transferring industry, technical and product knowledge to customers via good written, verbal and presentation skills; assists in all levels of technical account planning and helps the SOC sales team to close the deals.
- Provide consulting to customers on the best possible solutions to cover their business processes through the company's solutions, thereby helping them achieve a higher level of operational/sales efficiency.
- Should be able to drive responses and answers for RFPs, RFIs, RFOs, with proposals and other relevant collaterals.
- Study the needs of the customers in multiple markets and work with the product team to build necessary solutions enabling the company to implement in those markets.
- Being abreast of industry best practices.
- Help the Sales team to close new opportunities.
- Ability to quickly build a good rapport with clients.
Profile Expectations- 8+ years of experience in the Information Technology industry, with a minimum of 3 years in Presales solutions consulting experience.
- Excellent business process and best practices experience.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills: writing, editing and presenting with high proficiency in English and Spanish languages.
- Global experience, proven ability to operate via multicultural organizations.
- Good analytical skills to understand customer's problem and convert it into user stories.
Preferred Qualifications- Prior solutioning experience SFA, DSD or Distribution software solutions in the Consumer Goods Industry, a plus.
- Prior experience as a developer or BA and moved to Presales role.
