The goal of this role is to support the Refinish Direct Business EMEA in Italy with data insight, further integration, and process optimization in the Direct Business in Italy. We aim to create a more data-driven decision-making process.Key Responsibilities: Full responsibility and first contact for data analytics for the ERP system in use.Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets to track business/commercial performance.Provide data to EMEA Organization.Centralize and harmonize common reports and automatically make them available to users.Build, develop, and maintain data models, reporting systems, data automation systems, dashboards, and performance metrics that support key business decisions.Oversee the design and delivery of reports and insights that analyze business functions and key commercial and business performance metrics.Support the EMEA Organization in the assessment, design, implementation, and rollout of the data needed.Support the transformation program and transition to global ERP (S4) at a later stage.Data preparation, cleansing, and mapping.Change management.Key Requirements: Language: Mandatory to be fluent in Italian and English (writing and speaking).Bachelor's Degree ideally in Business Administration or similar fields.3-5 years of relevant work experience in data analysis or similar.Ideally, knowledge of sales data and commercial analytics.Systems knowledge: Advanced level in Excel for data manipulation; knowledge in Tableau orPowerBI is a plus.Skills: Attention to detail, analysis, decision-making, initiative, multitasking, self-driven, collaboration with different teams internally, self-engaged, and problem-solver.Axalta operates its business in two segments: Performance Coatings and Mobility Coatings, which serve four end markets, including Refinish, Industrial, Light Vehicle, and Commercial Vehicle, across North America, EMEA, Latin America, and Asia-Pacific.We've recently set an exciting 2040 carbon neutrality goal, in addition to 10 other sustainability initiatives, and we take pride in working with our customers to optimize their businesses and achieve their goals.El anuncio original lo puedes encontrar en Kit Empleo:Job Announcement#J-18808-Ljbffr
