The Role
A Workplace Virtualization Systems Management Specialist is an administrator who resolves level 2 / level 3 issues, secures the customer IT environment by checking and patching the systems regularly, collaborates with customers and stakeholders on infrastructure changes, and implements them as needed.
They work with vendors to solve escalated issues and coordinate with Workplace Virtualization Specialists when required.
