About the role:Joining the US team means diving into one of bsport's most critical markets.
Having launched in 2024, this new and highly competitive market is a key focus for our growth strategy.
The US market faces intense competition from European and American companies, making it an exciting environment for those who thrive on challenges and are eager to grow.
This is the perfect market to sharpen your sales skills and learn what it takes to succeed in a high-stakes, fast-paced environment.

As an SDR, you have the chance to advance through levels—from Junior SDR to Confirmed SDR, and then to Senior SDR—all within the span of a year.
With each progression, you gain more responsibility, increase your influence, and have a direct impact on your bonus structure.
After reaching Senior SDR, there are exciting opportunities to grow into roles like Junior AE or Team Leader SDR, putting you in control of your career journey.
What will be your impact:Prospect accounts and identify potential new revenue segments for your region by researching and analyzing market opportunities.Conduct targeted email outreach to engage prospects and spark interest in bsport's solutions.Cold call potential clients to introduce bsport and qualify leads based on their needs.Use LinkedIn and Instagram to connect with key decision-makers, starting conversations and driving interest.Leverage video and other media outreach methods to personalize communication and increase engagement with prospects.You would be a great fit if you have:Experience in sales, customer service, or similar client-facing roles, ideally in a high-growth or startup environment.Native English speaker.Some knowledge of the US market and its functioning is a real plus.
