Job Purpose Implement, analyze the effectiveness, and propose improvements of compensation & benefits processes and measures in Vueling, following the Company C&B Policies, to ensure internal equity and external competitiveness.
Main Responsibilities - Tasks Implement, analyze the effectiveness, and propose improvements of salary, bonus, and flexible compensation & benefits. Conduct job evaluations to establish individual conditions for each role (salary band, job category, expertise level, or other relevant role-specific conditions). Draft organizational charts and define various entities (areas, departments, and cost centers). Develop and update job descriptions for each position. Prepare and deploy all the communication materials related to compensation & benefits (handbook, procedures, and presentations). Main Relationships HRBP's Internal customers (all employees) IT department External providers Education Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Economy, or a related field. Master's degree in Human Resources Management, Organizational Development, or a related field (preferred). Experience 5+ years of experience in compensation analysis, salary benchmarking, and payroll management, ideally within the Human Resources department. Strong background in developing job descriptions and conducting job evaluations to establish role-specific conditions. Solid background in payroll administration and familiarity with relevant labor laws and regulations affecting compensation and payroll. Experience working cross-functionally with various departments to understand and define role requirements. Competencies Analytical skills to analyze and interpret large sets of compensation data. Communication skills to work cross-functionally. Strong proficiency in SuccessFactors is highly preferred. Languages English B2 - Spanish C1 Location Viladecans, Barcelona
