About the Product Manager for ONCE's app You will be working closely with ONCE's main stakeholders to meet our users and stakeholders' expectations.
On your day to day, you will work closely with the UX expert, as well as with the Data Team, ASO Agency, Apps development agency, and other stakeholders that might impact the project.
We are highly user-centric & believe in agile methodologies.
Your tasks Develop together with ONCE, the strategy of a new app to be soon launched to the market.
Responsible for the continuous improvement of the user experience, services and functionalities offered in the app, providing the best service to its customers, ensuring it fulfils ONCE's strategy and goals.
Responsible for the definition of the product Vision and Product Roadmap.
Transform business needs into user stories or detailed product requirements.
Define, prioritize and continuously groom and refine the product backlog to achieve business objectives and customer satisfaction.
Act as product owner of the development team.
Interface between ONCE, the app's development agency, the UX expert, the Data team and all the different areas affected.
What you offer us +4 years' experience in product management in e-commerce, mobile or gaming in an agile environment, with proven experience in transactional apps.
Must be passionate about digital products, e-commerce, app technologies and user experience.
Proven experience of using customer insights and data analytics to improve product features and user experiences.
Proven experience and knowledge of the product discovery techniques and methods.
Knowledge of ASO.
Customer Oriented and committed with quality.
Preferably ability to start immediately.
