As Stuart grows, the Legal Team grows, which means that there is a lot of room for career development!We are now looking for a Legal Counselto support Sheila Toledo, our Head of Legal Southern Europe, with the Legal aspects that concern this business area.What will I be doing?Commercial: overseeing all legal aspects of commercial processes by providing legal advice to the teams, drafting and negotiating all types of agreements, including RFPs.International: overseeing all legal aspects in Spain, Portugal and Italy by liaising with local legal representatives.Suppliers: drafting and negotiating all types of suppliers agreements, including software license agreements, Cloud/SaaS and services agreements.Corporate: managing general corporate topics.Employment: advising HR and Ops on Collective Bargain Agreement, labor issues, protocols, etc.On top of this, if you think other areas are useful for our business and want to grow and learn in these areas, we are always willing to improve. For example, you will have the opportunity to develop your knowledge and skills in digital platforms and gig economy regulation.What do we need from you?4+ years of experience as legal counsel either in-house or in a law firm with a significant practice in contract negotiation.Strong academic credentials and master in Spanish or European law.Employment law, corporate law, and M&A experience is a big plus.Result-oriented, business partner, providing pragmatic and operational solutions.Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Spanish and English.
