We advise a variety of stakeholders and make magic in drafting and negotiating strategic contracts, reviewing operations, launching new countries. As Stuart grows, the Legal Team grows, which means that there is a lot of room for career development!We are now looking for a Legal Counselto support Sheila Toledo, our Head of Legal Southern Europe, with the Legal aspects that concern this business area.What will I be doing?Commercial: overseeing all legal aspects of commercial processes by providing legal advice to the teams, drafting and negotiating all types of agreements, including RFPs.International: overseeing all legal aspects in Spain, Portugal and Italy by liaising with local legal representatives.Suppliers: drafting and negotiating all types of suppliers agreements, including software license agreements, Cloud/SaaS and services agreements.Corporate: managing general corporate topics.Employment: advising HR and Ops on Collective Bargain Agreement, labor issues, protocols, etc.On top of this, if you think other areas are useful for our business and want to grow and learn in these areas, we are always willing to improve.
